MANAGEMENT TEAM         John X. Doe will serve as the station’s President and General Manager. Mr. Doe managed a successful TV station in Metropolis, Massahoma, and has over twenty eight years of experience in station management, sales, marketing, and programming. He most recently operated a television production company in Big City which produced over three hundred and fifty hours of original programming a year for cable, radio, and syndicated television distribution.         Joe Y. Blow will manage the station’s Sales operations. He has a background in the ad agency business, has been a Local and General Sales Manager for network affiliated stations and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for A Big Broadcasting Company in A Big City. In his current position, he develops local sales departments for more than ninety stations nationwide         John Q. Public will serve as the station’s Vice President and Station Manager, overseeing the Marketing and Promotion, News, and Technical operations. Public’s television background includes stints as Promotion and Marketing Manager, News Director, Program Manager and Engineer for both local and national broadcast and production companies.         Jane Z. Roe, will serve as the station’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Roe is involved with the development and sale of television program products and has an extensive background in financial matters, including owning and operating her own accounting firm.
